Thank you for shopping at Charlotte Brody. Presently purchases can be made on our website or at our local trunk shows. At this time we can only deliver to an address within the continental United States.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Charlotte Brody Ready to Wear products available for purchase online include ready to wear apparel and accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, the order may not be processed.
SIZING & CARE
Charlotte Brody Ready to Wear is sized XS – L. Please refer to our size chart to help you find the best fit.
The recommended care for all Charlotte Brody pieces is dry clean only.
PRICING
All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars. While we use all reasonable effort to provide accurate pricing on our website, errors may occur. If we discover and error in price on our website we will give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we reserve the right to cancel the order.
All prices on the Charlotte Brody website are exclusive of tax. By New York State law, it is required we charge sales tax in specific states. Before your order is processed, you will have the opportunity to review your order inclusive of tax, for final confirmation.
The purchase of Charlotte Brody Cabana products is for personal use only and not for resale.

SHIPPING
Charlotte Brody ships from New York City and offers UPS ground, 2nd day and next day shipping on all orders. Charlotte Brody online purchases will require a signature and may not be shipped to a P.O box or APO/FPO address that are not available through UPS.
Delivery times may depend on shipping location. When estimating the total delivery time for your package please allow 1-3 days processing in addition to the time indicated for your shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Charlotte Brody is not responsible for unanticipated delays.
ORDER TRACKING
After your order is processed, a detailed receipt will be sent to the email provided. After we ship your order (within 1-3 days of receipt of payment), another email will be sent with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact our customer service. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate email address.
RETURN POLICY
Charlotte Brody will gladly accept all returns on full price ready to wear merchandise, under the following conditions: All returns must be made within ten business days from the date delivered and include the original invoice. Returns received after ten days will be sent back to the original customer. We can only accept returns on items with their original tags, which have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any sale items. If an item returned does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the merchandise. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within ten business days upon receiving your return.
Unfortunately Charlotte Brody cannot accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return it by following the above instructions. The new item will need to be purchased as a separate transaction.
We recommend shipping return merchandise by UPS or FedEx. USPS delivery system in New York is not reliable. Charlotte Brody will not be responsible for reimbursement in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order please send an email as soon as possible to sales@charlottebrody.com. We will do our best to accommodate your changes.
